Casper is the brainchild of Co-Founder Lee Rosli, who is joined in the venture by Co-Founder Bernardine “Bern” Chan. Drawing on extensive hospitality experience in Singapore, the duo each has their own dedicated areas of expertise spanning all areas of the business. Bern (formerly of Skinny’s, Neon Pigeon and Underdog Inn) oversees F&B operations and Lee (boasting experience such as ATLAS, Spiffy Dapper and No Sleep Club) is responsible for the overall creative vision. 

  • What started as a side hustle for Lee while coaching soccer during the day has evolved into a full career

    path in the cocktail world, now opening his very own venue. Working his first nightlife jobs in KTVs and

    clubs for extra cash, Lee remembers hearing one of his mentors talking about elaborate cocktails with

    chilli padi, smoke and other unique ingredients and his interest was piqued.
